Peribahasa SPM
Many of you all may want to ask about the Peribahasas and Simpulan Bahasa in your SPM exam. HOW CAN I SCORE IT? or HOW CAN I MASTER IT?
Actually, nobody can give a definite answer what scope and which of the Peribahasa will come out in the exam.
BUT, there are also experienced teachers and markers suggest that those in the text book and your novel or short stories MAY come out in the exam. This are only tips that i had heard before...
So you guys may want to know which peribahasa are in the text book of both form 4 and 5. Here i got a list for you all , and the meaning also!
Senarai Peribahasa dalam Buku teks Tingkatan 4
1. Bulat air kerana pembetung, bulat manusia kerana muafakat
Maksud : Kata sepakat yang dicapai dalam mesyuarat.
2. Darah daging
Maksud : Anak dan saudara-mara daripada keturunan sendiri.
3. Berat sama dipikul, ringan sama dijinjing
Maksud : mengalami susah senang bersama-sama.
4. meninggi diri
Maksud : Sombong
5. bermuka dua
Maksud : Tidak jujur.
6 baik hati
Maksud : Bersikap baik dan penyayang (suka menolong).

Well, some of you all still asking me for papers,asking for removing the watermark/ signature, download problem ... These things i wont reply much on it. So I will state these here!So please read this before you send an email to me regarding these issue.
Firstly, the watermark on the bottom of the document and also the security setting in the pdf files.
Well, i will want to state that all content in my blog are packed by me personally. I dont get paid for all these job! So, i need support from you all by visiting my website and also take part in my advertisement program. And one more advantage is more people will know this blog and more will get benefit from here! Agree?
And about the security setting, you will discover that after the security setting is on, you wont able to copy the content in the pdf out, then you wont able to remove the watermark also! :p Thats why i put it!
Important note: IF the watermark i made had block a large part the content and make it unreadable, you CAN made a report to me by sending email to me at: admin@joshuatly.com. PLEASE state which file got problem, the post link, the download link, pages that affect, and any detail that needed. If not, i wont repack it and upload it again! And please allow one week for the repack proceed.
Secondly, about asking for papers from what what what state.
I will release what i get from the internet, from my school, from readers of my blog to here at a suitable time to release it. Note that i need time to pack it, arrange it, and upload it. So give me some time la... check for updates frequently, coz im also student, cannot manage to sit in front of the computer 24 hours a day. Hope you all will understand.

EST Paper 1 is divided into two sections. The first section is the information transfer, which consists of Part 1 and 2. This section carries 20 marks; 10 marks for each part. In Section B, students are required to write an essay which consists of 250 words. The mark allocated is 30 marks. Given below is the breakdown of the marks according to the grades:

Here, I would also like to give some of the criteria for the grades awarded to the students:
Grade A
- You need to complete the essay and answer the question accurately.
- You must also have 11-12 points / ideas in your writing.

You should not make up your own theories and stories. In order for you to do this, you must read more science related books to get some ideas about the current technology and invention available.

- You have about 8-10 points / ideas to support your writing.
- You are able to analyse the question and support your writing with some information about science and technology.
- You managed to organize your ideas. You only use simple English to express your ideas. The meaning is clearly presented too.
Grade C
- You have answered the basic requirement of the question.
- You only managed to have around 5-7 points / ideas in your writing.
- You also managed to support your scientific theories and organization of ideas is done fairly well.
- The meaning or the message that you want to convey is clear and supported with just enough amount of scientific facts.
Grade D
- There is limited information in your writing with only 2-4 points / ideas given.
- You have shown very weak ability to support your ideas with the science and technology theories. This could prove that you have not read enough.
- You tried to arrange you ideas but it seems very hard to do so. There is a lot of mistakes in your language throughout the whole essay.

Two Essays
Well, special thanks to RYANNE for this two essay he wrote!
One is in english and one is in bm.
Saban hari, harga petrol dan minyak telah meningkat secara mendadak. Setiap kali berita ini diumumkan, masyarakat pasti digempar dengan harga petrol yang begitu tinggi. Misalnya, harga minyak telah dinaikkan ke RM1.32 seliter pada Januari 2006 sehingga RM1.62 seliter pada bulan Jun. Kini, kita terpaksa menangguh harga minyak sebanyak RM1.92 seliter yang telah dinaikkan sejak bulan Ogos 200. Harga pasaran dunia pula meningkat dari AS$30 ke AS$70 setong minyak.
Fenomena ini berpunca daripada ketidaktenteraman di negara- negara Timur Tengah. Kebanyakan sumber minyak mentah di dunia ini, iaitu lebih kurang 90%, berada di negara Timur Tengah, seperti Arab, Iraq, dan sebagainya. Negara- negara ini selalu menghadapi masalah seperti rasuhan, pemberontakan, dan sebagainya. Peperangan kebelakangan ini lagi memarahkan situasi. Telaga minyak sering diserang menyebabkan bekalan minyak menjadi lebih berharga.
Selain itu, harga minyak mentah pasaran dunia juga semakin meningkat. Keadaan ekonomi dunia berkembang dengan begitu pesat pada zaman globalisasi ini. Justeru, harga minyak di pasaran dunia pun turut meningkat akibat taraf hidup penduduk dunia telah melambung dua kali ganda.
Tambahan pula, negara gergasi di dunia ini mempunyai permintaan yang tinggi terhadap bekalan petrol kerana sumber petrol ini merupakan bahan vital proses pembangunan negara. Justeru, harga minyak pun melambung tinggi kerana proses permintaan dan penawaran. Telaga minyak mampu menawar bekalan yang banyak manakala pasaran mempunyai permintaan tinggi terhadap petrol. Oleh itu, peniaga pun ingin mengaut keuntungan yang banyak dengan menaikkan harganya.
Malaysia merupakan sebuah negara yang sedang membangun supaya mampu ”diri sama tinggi, duduk sama rendah” dengan negara maju yang lain. Pihak kerajaan perlu menanggung perbelanjaan pembangunan yang tinggi. Ini telah menyebabkan kekurangan bajet untuk terus memberi subsidi kepada rakyatnya dalam petrol dan minyak. Rentetan itu, harga petrol terpaksa dinaikkan bagi memberi kerajaan lebih banyak bajet dalam pembangunan negara dari pelbagai aspek.
Selaras dengan itu, minyak di Malaysia mahal juga disebabkan oleh tindakan kerajaan yang mengeksport minyak hasilan tempatan dan mengimport petrol dari luar negara. Petroleum yang didapati di pantai Malaysia merupakan minyak berkualiti tinggi. Justeru, Malaysia telah mengeksport hasil petroleum tempatan bagi menambah pendapatan negara. Namun begitu, apabila kita mengimport minyak dari negara Timur Tengah, kita terpaksa membayar harga pasaran yang semakin meningkat.
Hakikatnya, fenomena ini telah meninggalkan impak yang ketara dalam kalangan masyarakat tempatan dan juga negara. Pertama, perbelanjaan harian rakyat meningkat mengikut harga minyak. Mereka yang memiliki kereta sendiri terpaksa menanggung kos petrol yang kian mahal. Ibu bapa juga dibebankan kerana terpaksa bayar tambang bas sekolah dan juga kos petrol penghantaran anak ke tuisyen. Ini merupakan beban yang amat berat pada rakyat, terutamanya golongan yang kurang mampu.
Selain itu, penyelewengan peniaga turut berlaku. Peniaga mengambil kesempatan lalu menaikkan harga barangan lalu menyalahkan kenaikan harga petrol walaupun perbuatan mereka disebabkan sikap tamak haloba. Perbelanjaan hidup telah meningkat lalu membebankan rakyat. Lama- kelamaan, hal ini akan membawa ke inflasi yang akan menjejaskan ekonomi Malaysia.
Rentetan itu, penjualan kereta juga akan merosot. Orang ramai tidak mampu ”menyara” kereta yang mengguna minyak petrol. Syarikat kereta tempatan akan mengalami kerugian lalu bankrap. Kalau begitu, hilanglah kebangaan Malaysia sebagai negara yang mampu menghasilkan kereta Proton dan kereta Perodua. .
Sekiranya, fenomena ini turut menggalakkan pengaliran mata wang Malaysia ke luar negara. Malaysia terpaksa membayar harga yang lebih tinggi kepada pihak pembekal utnuk mengimport petrol tersebut. Dengan itu, nilai mata wang Malaysia merosot lalu menurun sehingga tidak bernilai di mata dunia. Situasi seperti itu akan lagi merugikan Malaysia dan juga ekonomi kita yang sedang membangun.
Kenaikan nilai petrol di pasaran antarabangsa yang mendadak ini sebenarnya berada di luar kawalan kami. Bak kata papatah, ”Nasi sudah menjadi bubur”, kita tidak mempunyai pilihan kecuali menghadapi masalah ini sebaik mungkin. Terlebih dahulu, ramai rakyat telah mengambil tindakan untuk menundakan pembelian kereta sendiri demi menjimat kos petrol yang semakin meningkat.
Menurut kajian, pengangkutan awam tidak begitu popular di Malaysia jika dibandingkan dengan negara lain seperti Jepun, Amerika Syarikat, dan sebagainya. Rentetan peristiwa kenaikan harga petrol, penduduk Malaysia terpaksa menunggang pengangkutan awam seperti LRT, bas awam, dan sebagainya. Justeru, permintaan terhadap pengangkutan awam telah meningkat.
Selain itu, kita juga meneladani negara jiran kita, Singapura dalam sistem pengangkutan. Ramai rakyat Malaysia telah mengamalkan tabiat berkongsi kereta. Beberapa orang rakan sejawat dan ibu bapa dapat bergilir- gilir membawa kereta untuk pergi bekerja atau menghantar anak ke sekolah dengan berkongsi kereta. Ini dapat menjimat penggunaan petrol malah mampu mengaribkan hubungan antara rakan sejawat dan ibu bapa.
Tambahan pula, kita juga merancang perjalanan dengan lebih teliti. Kita membuat senarai tentang tugasan yang harus dilaksanakan di suatu tempat. Misalnya, kita menyenaraikan segala barangan keperluan yang perlu dibelikan lalu membelinya di kedai sekali gus daripada berulang- alik. Kita juga perlu merancang masa kita dengan lebih teliti agar tidak membazir terlalu banyak masa di atas jalan raya.
Bagi pengguna bijak, mereka telah menukar daripada kereta mewah kepada kereta yang kurang kuasa kudanya. Ada juga konsumer yang membeli kereta yang lebih efisien dalam penggunaan petrol. Menurut kajian, kereta Honda lebih menjimatkan petrol berbanding dengan kereta Perodua Kancil kerana teknologinya yang canggih.
Selaras dengan itu, kerajaan Malaysia juga memperuntukkan sejumlah wang untuk bidang penyelidikan dan kemajuan ( Research & Developement) dalam mencipta bahan pembakaran organik iaitu Bio- Fuel. Kini, Malaysia ingin menghasilkan minyak dan bahan pembakaran menggunakan minyak kelapa sawit. Hal demikian adalah kerana bahan organik ini merupakan sumber yang boleh diperbaharui dan tidak menghasilkan sebarang pencemaran alam sekitar.
Dalam era pasca- modenisasi ini, dunia membangun dengan begitu pesat dari pelbagai segi. Bahan sumber seperti minyak petrol merupakan kperluan setiap negara. Sebenarnya, pelbagai pihak boleh menyumbang jasa dan menstabilkan harga minyak demi kebaikan penduduk planet ini. Kita juga perlu memainkan peranan kita dalam menjimatkan penggunaan petrol sebelum sumber ini kehabisan.

What is a school? Is it a building? Is it a place where future generations are educated? To me, a school is the centre for education. It provides intellectual, emotional, as well as spiritual enrichment. Similarly, ideal means most suitable, perfect. I am sure that everyone has their own notion of what an ideal school is. It is a place where one feels most comfortable to learn in.
In my opinion, an ideal school would consists of a building with an ultra-modern infrastructure and top- notch facilities. It would look more like resort rather than a typical school. All the classrooms would have colourful walls with wonderful paintings and thought-provoking pictures hanging on them. To ensure students’ optimum productivity, the school would also have a comfortable environment to study in. All the classrooms would be well-lit and fully air-conditioned. It has been observed that the traditional arrangement of tables and chairs in the classrooms does not allow teachers to pay equal attention to students. Thus, it would be perfect to arrange the tables and chairs in a semi- circle facing the teacher. It would also be great if the number of students in a class is limited to 20 per class rather than the present 40 or 50 per class.
Apart from that, we also need a well-equipped library with the state-of-art facilities for students to conduct their research and studies. The library of an ideal school should be filled with books and materials on a wide range of topics. Computer cataloguing should also be introduced to make referencing easier. Furthermore, the school should also provide free Internet services to students. In addition, an ideal school should have a sophisticated gymnasium and sports centre. Students can work out in the gymnasium and also play a game or two of badminton in the indoor badminton court. Athletes and swimmers can also train at the school mini stadium and swimming pool.
Students nowadays are burdened with homework and endless examination. An idyllic school should provide students with space for creativity, innovation and spiritual growth. More constructive and productive homework should be given instead of burdening homework. Students should be encouraged to understand their homework and find joy and fun in doing them. Students should not be doing homework for the sake of doing them. Apart from that, homework should also be fun and provides an exciting path to self-discovery instead of being dull and monotonous. Teachers could perhaps have Biology classes outdoors so that students can really appreciate the beauty of nature or organise field trips to exhibition and conventions to make learning interesting. Sad to say, many youngsters nowadays are Mat Salleh Celup – hopeless Americanised victim of pop culture. Therefore, traditional art and culture classes should also be held in the ideal school to nurture the spirit of appreciation amongst students.
Moreover, to maximize the students’ learning capacities, lessons should start at 10.00am. Timetable should not be packed and hectic. There should be breaks in between lessons so that students can digest knowledge from the previous lesson instead of rushing into the next lesson straight after the previous one. Recess should also be lengthened so that students can enjoy their food in the cafeteria or read in the urbane library or even exercise in the school sports center.
In this era of globalisation, ICT is of utmost importance. The modern world is fast-moving forward with paperless banking, paperless administration and many up-to-date technologies. So, why can’t schools have paperless teaching and learning? In the ideal school, students should each be given a notebook. Heavy school bags and tones of books should be a thing of the past. In this era of K-Economy, students can be technology- savvy by having their lessons online. Besides, it would also be excellent if students can have teleconferencing and online forum with scholars from all over the world. On top of that, students can hand up their homework in the form of Compact Disc (CD) or emails. Teachers can also post the students’ results and comments on secure school website so that parents can care for their child’s academic achievements irrespective of time and place.
In addition, an ideal school should not require its students to wear school uniforms. Uniforms tend to make a school dull. It presents students as faceless beings in uni-colour. One’s clothing represents one’s personalities and makes one unique. Students should be allowed to present themselves properly by wearing proper attire to school. Furthermore, an ideal school should also be co-educational. This would enable better communication between genders and prevents gender discrimination. Such a school would provide chances for members of the opposite sex to work together and understand each other better thus encouraging a sense of mutual respect among its students.
The notion of ideal is sometimes painfully defined as an idea existing only in imagination and is not likely to come true. The 21st century promises a lot for individuals from all walks of life. Will the concept of an ideal school materialize? The idea might seem far-fetched at the moment. However, it is my belief that if each and everyone of us were to reach in to find the best within ourselves and reach out to give the best education to our future generations, the idea of creating an ideal school would not merely remain a dream after all.

Bak kata papatah, ”Nasi sudah menjadi bubur”, kita tidak mempunyai pilihan kecuali menghadapi masalah ini sebaik mungkin. Terlebih dahulu, ramai rakyat telah mengambil tindakan untuk menundakan pembelian kereta sendiri demi menjimat kos petrol yang semakin meningkat.
Menurut kajian, pengangkutan awam tidak begitu popular di Malaysia jika dibandingkan dengan negara lain seperti Jepun, Amerika Syarikat, dan sebagainya. Rentetan peristiwa kenaikan harga petrol, penduduk Malaysia terpaksa menunggang pengangkutan awam seperti LRT, bas awam, dan sebagainya. Justeru, permintaan terhadap pengangkutan awam telah meningkat.
Selain itu, kita juga meneladani negara jiran kita, Singapura dalam sistem pengangkutan. Ramai rakyat Malaysia telah mengamalkan tabiat berkongsi kereta. Beberapa orang rakan sejawat dan ibu bapa dapat bergilir- gilir membawa kereta untuk pergi bekerja atau menghantar anak ke sekolah dengan berkongsi kereta. Ini dapat menjimat penggunaan petrol malah mampu mengaribkan hubungan antara rakan sejawat dan ibu bapa.
Tambahan pula, kita juga merancang perjalanan dengan lebih teliti. Kita membuat senarai tentang tugasan yang harus dilaksanakan di suatu tempat. Misalnya, kita menyenaraikan segala barangan keperluan yang perlu dibelikan lalu membelinya di kedai sekali gus daripada berulang- alik. Kita juga perlu merancang masa kita dengan lebih teliti agar tidak membazir terlalu banyak masa di atas jalan raya.
Bagi pengguna bijak, mereka telah menukar daripada kereta mewah kepada kereta yang kurang kuasa kudanya. Ada juga konsumer yang membeli kereta yang lebih efisien dalam penggunaan petrol. Menurut kajian, kereta Honda lebih menjimatkan petrol berbanding dengan kereta Perodua Kancil kerana teknologinya yang canggih.
Selaras dengan itu, kerajaan Malaysia juga memperuntukkan sejumlah wang untuk bidang penyelidikan dan kemajuan ( Research & Developement) dalam mencipta bahan pembakaran organik iaitu Bio- Fuel. Kini, Malaysia ingin menghasilkan minyak dan bahan pembakaran menggunakan minyak kelapa sawit. Hal demikian adalah kerana bahan organik ini merupakan sumber yang boleh diperbaharui dan tidak menghasilkan sebarang pencemaran alam sekitar.
Dalam era pasca- modenisasi ini, dunia membangun dengan begitu pesat dari pelbagai segi. Bahan sumber seperti minyak petrol merupakan kperluan setiap negara. Sebenarnya, pelbagai pihak boleh menyumbang jasa dan menstabilkan harga minyak demi kebaikan penduduk planet ini. Kita juga perlu memainkan peranan kita dalam menjimatkan penggunaan petrol sebelum sumber ini kehabisan.

My Ideal School
What is a school? Is it a building? Is it a place where future generations are educated? To me, a school is the centre for education. It provides intellectual, emotional, as well as spiritual enrichment. Similarly, ideal means most suitable, perfect. I am sure that everyone has their own notion of what an ideal school is. It is a place where one feels most comfortable to learn in.
In my opinion, an ideal school would consists of a building with an ultra-modern infrastructure and top- notch facilities. It would look more like resort rather than a typical school. All the classrooms would have colourful walls with wonderful paintings and thought-provoking pictures hanging on them. To ensure students’ optimum productivity, the school would also have a comfortable environment to study in. All the classrooms would be well-lit and fully air-conditioned. It has been observed that the traditional arrangement of tables and chairs in the classrooms does not allow teachers to pay equal attention to students. Thus, it would be perfect to arrange the tables and chairs in a semi- circle facing the teacher. It would also be great if the number of students in a class is limited to 20 per class rather than the present 40 or 50 per class.
Apart from that, we also need a well-equipped library with the state-of-art facilities for students to conduct their research and studies. The library of an ideal school should be filled with books and materials on a wide range of topics. Computer cataloguing should also be introduced to make referencing easier. Furthermore, the school should also provide free Internet services to students. In addition, an ideal school should have a sophisticated gymnasium and sports centre. Students can work out in the gymnasium and also play a game or two of badminton in the indoor badminton court. Athletes and swimmers can also train at the school mini stadium and swimming pool.
Students nowadays are burdened with homework and endless examination. An idyllic school should provide students with space for creativity, innovation and spiritual growth. More constructive and productive homework should be given instead of burdening homework. Students should be encouraged to understand their homework and find joy and fun in doing them. Students should not be doing homework for the sake of doing them. Apart from that, homework should also be fun and provides an exciting path to self-discovery instead of being dull and monotonous. Teachers could perhaps have Biology classes outdoors so that students can really appreciate the beauty of nature or organise field trips to exhibition and conventions to make learning interesting. Sad to say, many youngsters nowadays are Mat Salleh Celup – hopeless Americanised victim of pop culture. Therefore, traditional art and culture classes should also be held in the ideal school to nurture the spirit of appreciation amongst students.
Moreover, to maximize the students’ learning capacities, lessons should start at 10.00am. Timetable should not be packed and hectic. There should be breaks in between lessons so that students can digest knowledge from the previous lesson instead of rushing into the next lesson straight after the previous one. Recess should also be lengthened so that students can enjoy their food in the cafeteria or read in the urbane library or even exercise in the school sports center.
In this era of globalisation, ICT is of utmost importance. The modern world is fast-moving forward with paperless banking, paperless administration and many up-to-date technologies. So, why can’t schools have paperless teaching and learning? In the ideal school, students should each be given a notebook. Heavy school bags and tones of books should be a thing of the past. In this era of K-Economy, students can be technology- savvy by having their lessons online. Besides, it would also be excellent if students can have teleconferencing and online forum with scholars from all over the world. On top of that, students can hand up their homework in the form of Compact Disc (CD) or emails. Teachers can also post the students’ results and comments on secure school website so that parents can care for their child’s academic achievements irrespective of time and place.
In addition, an ideal school should not require its students to wear school uniforms. Uniforms tend to make a school dull. It presents students as faceless beings in uni-colour. One’s clothing represents one’s personalities and makes one unique. Students should be allowed to present themselves properly by wearing proper attire to school. Furthermore, an ideal school should also be co-educational. This would enable better communication between genders and prevents gender discrimination. Such a school would provide chances for members of the opposite sex to work together and understand each other better thus encouraging a sense of mutual respect among its students.
The notion of ideal is sometimes painfully defined as an idea existing only in imagination and is not likely to come true. The 21st century promises a lot for individuals from all walks of life. Will the concept of an ideal school materialize? The idea might seem far-fetched at the moment. However, it is my belief that if each and everyone of us were to reach in to find the best within ourselves and reach out to give the best education to our future generations, the idea of creating an ideal school would not merely remain a dream after all.

Updates
Well, these days i get a lot of papers. SOme submitted by readers of my blog and some from the forums and blogs all over the place. I still in the process of arranging and posting it up here, but unfortunately these days i do not have much time to do so coz of my final exam after the raya. anyway i will post some everyday.
